Basic Rules Introduction:
General Rules:
- Action Hockey is played with 5 Players on the court. 4 Outfield Players and 1 Goalkeeper.
- Each team can have up to Four substitutes. These are rolling substitutes and the game need not be stopped prior to substitution. This only applies if goalkeeper is changed.
